FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Thursday, January 26, 2006, 11:45 am SUBJECT: Sutter Deputies looking for indecent exposure suspect. TEXT: Sutter County Sheriff’s Deputies are searching the Live Oak area for the suspect. The incident occurred at approximately 8:30 am today in the vicinity of Live Oak Middle School. The 12 yr old victim was walking to school and noticed a WMA sitting in a vehicle with his pants down. The suspect was fondling himself while watching the victim. As the victim passed the vehicle, the suspect began to follow the victim until she ran to a nearby residence. The suspect vehicle is described as a shiny white, medium sized sedan with four doors. The windows were not tinted. The victim pointed out similar vehicles to deputies as possible being a Honda Accord or Toyota Camry. The male suspect was described as being a wma, 30-35 yrs of age, medium length dirty blonde hair and beard, average weight and wearing a long sleeve tan shirt with a collar.
