            Arrest of home invasion suspect

            Sutter County Sheriff’s Detectives have arrested one of the suspects in the home invasion robbery that occurred in the 2100 block of Anderson Lane on April 9, 2005.

Jesus Hernandez Solano, age 29, of the 4200 block of Olivehurst was arrested at his residence Friday (4-15-05) night by Yuba County Sheriff’s deputies after information was broadcasted by Sutter County Sheriff’s Detectives to all local law enforcement agencies that Solano was wanted on this case.  Solano was booked into the Sutter County Jail where he is being held on $30,000 bail for robbery.

            The investigation into the remaining suspects and also of the home invasion robbery that occurred on April 10, 2005 in the 3400 block of Lincoln Road is still continuing.  Due to the pending investigations, no other information other than arrests will be released at this time.
