Conduct Tobacco Sting

Sutter County Sheriff’s Deputies
assisted by underage Sheriff’s Cadets conducted a series of tobacco
stings in the Sutter County area. A total of 22 businesses were
contacted, with 21 of the businesses refusing to sell tobacco products
to the Cadets. One clerk was cited on a misdemeanor charge of sales
of tobacco products to a minor. The clerk was identified as Gary
Richard Heinrich, 48, of Yuba City, an employee of Bills Market, 1443
Franklin Road, Yuba City.
