            The Sutter County Sheriff’s Department will conduct a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Checkpoint Friday, May 21, 2004 between the hours of 7:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M.

           The checkpoint will be in the unincorporated area west of Yuba City.
