Identity of Fatal Pedestrian Victim on SR99/70 Determined

TEXT:

Sutter County Sheriff’s Deputies conducting a coroner’s investigation into the death of a male pedestrian on State Highway 99/70 have identified the deceased as Margarito Lopez Martinez, 31, of Yuba City.  The death was reported on 07/25/04 at approximately 11:16 P.M.  The identity of Mr. Martinez was confirmed through fingerprints by Sheriff’s Deputies.  The incident is being investigated by the Yuba-Sutter Office of the California Highway Patrol.
