 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

 SUBJECT: ROADSIDE SOBRIETY CHECKPOINT

 The Sutter County Sheriff’s Department will conduct a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Checkpoint Saturday, January 24, 2004 between the hours of 7:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M.

 The checkpoint will be in the unincorporated area north of Yuba City.
