            Homicide Arrest

            The Sutter County Sheriff’s Department has made an arrest in the homicide of Jose Ramires Flores, AKA:  Jorge Ramires Flores, AKA:  Jorge Alberto Martinez, age 30, of Sacramento, whose body was found in a ditch near the intersection of Powerline Road and Sankey Road, in South Sutter County on March 2, 2003.

            Sheriff’s Detectives located Hector NMN Lopez, age 21, in Sacramento late Saturday evening.  He was transported to the Sutter County Sheriff’s Department where he was booked into the county jail on charges of Murder, Robbery, Theft of a Vehicle, and Illegal Entry into the United States.  He is being held without bail.
