Live Oak Trading Card Program

In 2004, the Sutter County Sheriff’s Department launched its second set of Deputy Trading Cards for the children of Sutter County.  Each card has a picture of the Deputy and a brief narrative of that Deputy on the back of the card. This was accomplished by acquiring sponsors from local businesses to participate in the trading cards and showing their support for local law enforcement.  The purpose of the trading cards is to enhance community awareness of the agency and to provide an opportunity for positive direct communication between the Deputies and the children.  This program has been a tremendous success in the past and the children love the cards.
