Administrative Services Officer

Alfonso Granda Alfonso Granda has a substantive responsibility for preparing and monitoring the Department's budget. As grants are an important source of funding for the department, Alfonso also investigates and prepares appropriate grant applications and contracts.

Other responsibilites include the preparation of cost reports, fiscal analysis, billing and claims processing as well as interpreting and implementinting fiscal and administrative laws. When necessary, he writes appropriate staff reports to the Board of Supervisors for agenda items being submitted by the department.

Additionally, his responsibilities include representing the Sheriff's Department at meetings with other public agencies at various levels of government.
